I keep my pricing simple and flexible — so you can focus on feeling better, not stressing about the cost.
£60 per 90 minutes
These sessions are deep and spacious, allowing time for tailored, whole-body work using a combination of therapies. We usually start by discussing your problems and then creating a tailored plan including aftercare to help you get the most of your time with me. I recommend a minimum of 5 sessions to experience meaningful, lasting change.

What Should You Expect From Your First 5 Sessions?
Every session is different because you’re different each time you arrive. But here’s a rough guide to how the journey usually unfolds for new clients.
Sessions 1–3: Grounding & Listening
We start slow. The focus is on helping your nervous system settle, listening to your body’s story, and building trust. You might feel relaxed, emotional, or just really tired—that’s all part of the process.

Sessions 4 and Beyond: Release & Realignment
Come in for 3 and then we assess from 3 where we go forward.
